How Much Does This Service Cost?

Our IDG Legal preferred traffic ticket attorneys help fight your ticket for $100.

For Upstate New York drivers, the discounted rate is between $250-$350 which is below the normal rate of $400-$500. These exclusive discounted rates are only available to drivers that come through IDG Legal. Multiple tickets for a single stop are viewed as one case and will only be charged the one discounted rate.

How do I get this service?

Submit our Traffic Tickets Form to provide us with information related to your issue. You will then be contacted by the law firm, which will send you a lawyer-client agreement and request for payment. Please check your spam folders after you submit your ticket form.

Once you submit the paperwork, the attorney will review your case and answer any questions you have. The attorney will then fight the ticket on your behalf. Except for extreme cases, you will not have to appear in court.

What can the lawyer do for me?

This service can assist with moving violations in New York State. This can include speeding, running a red light, unsafe lane changes, reckless driving, and others.This service cannot help you with:
