Medicare Guidance

We’ve partnered with Chapter to provide you and family members with the most comprehensive Medicare guidance in America. While Medicare may seem complicated, think of Chapter as your partner in finding the best plan for you.

For those who are 65 or older, certain younger people with disabilities, and people with End-Stage Renal Disease, Medicare helps cover the cost of a wide range of health care services. Chapter’s advisors will help you understand, choose, and use Medicare by:

  • Guiding you through the Medicare enrollment process.
  • Reviewing plans from all 300+ insurance companies (unlike most Medicare brokers, who only look at a few).
  • Reviewing your plan as often as you’d like, to ensure you continue to receive the best Medicare coverage as your healthcare needs and available plans change.

Chapter’s Medicare process is end-to-end. That means Chapter Medicare Experts can help you understand Medicare options, sign up for or enroll in coverage, and ensure that you have a dedicated contact going forward to answer any and all Medicare questions if and as they arise year over year.

What Can Chapter Medicare Help With?

We can provide a free consultation related to finding the best Medicare plan for your lifestyle and needs. Each consultation first starts with your Chapter Medicare Expert asking you questions about your preferred doctors, the medications you take, and your priorities. Based on that information, your Expert will walk you through the Medicare decisions you’ll need to make, and help you compare plans from every insurance company to recommend the best plan for you.

How Much Does This Service Cost?

Our partnership with Chapter Medicare offers free consultations to drivers only, through IDG Legal.

The Medicare Expert may talk to you about Medicare plans that have hidden fees. Original Medicare (Parts A & B) covers up to 80% of costs for healthcare services, meaning you are required to cover the remaining 20% with no maximum. Original Medicare also does not cover prescription drugs, dental, or vision, and many people choose to pay for Medicare Supplement plans (also known as Medigap), Medicare Advantage plans, or prescription plans (known as Part D).

There is no obligation to enroll for Medicare when meeting with an Expert.

What is Medicare?

Medicare is a federal health insurance program for people age 65 or older, as well as certain younger people with disabilities. It is administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Medicare helps pay for a variety of health care services, including hospital stays, doctor’s visits, prescription drugs, and preventive care.
