IDG Legal immigration service is offered to help drivers with immigration-related issues. This service will provide you access to a lawyer, for a list of issues, free of charge.

These services include:

  • Consultation with a lawyer about a green card or citizenship issue
  • Renewal of a Green Card 
  • Green Card Application for Refugees and Asylees 
  • Citizenship Application Assistance 
  • Removal of Conditions 
  • DACA Renewal
  • Travel Documents for Refugees and Asylees
  • Citizenship Classes

Our partner, the ANSOB Center for Refugees, is a Queens-based non-profit organization who has staff members who speak a variety of languages. 

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with open cases.

The ANSOB Center for Refugees is open Mondays to Thursdays from 10 am to 5 pm. The office is closed from Fridays to Sundays.

How much does this service cost?

Almost every service offered through IDG Legal is free. The only exception is family based-petitions, which have a processing fee.

What’s the process?

The process is simple. First, you need to provide information by submitting the online Immigration Form here. You will then be contacted by our partner who will begin the process of helping you with your issue. Please note, the ANSOB Center for Refugees is open Mondays to Thursdays from 10 am to 5 pm. The office is closed from Fridays to Sundays.
