9/11 Related Illness

When drivers in the black-car industry began developing certain types of illnesses that were associated with the devastating attacks on 9/11, we partnered with a New York City law firm that specializes in submitting claims to receive benefits from the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund.

The Fund was created to provide compensation for victims of 9/11-related illnesses, including certain types of cancer, respiratory illness, lung disease, and families of those who have since passed.

If you or a loved one were in Manhattan, south of Houston Street, near the Fresh Kills Landfill in Staten Island, or along any route used for 9/11 debris removal between 9/11/01 and 7/31/02 for any reason at all,  you may be eligible for the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund and free healthcare from the WTC Health Program.
