About Us

IDG Legal is a partner of the Independent Drivers Guild and provides legal assistance for rideshare drivers nationwide. We have our roots in New York, where we currently serve nearly 100,000 for-hire-vehicle (FHV) drivers but we’ve since expanded to help drivers wherever they are.

We maintain a network of lawyers and partner with non-profit organizations who all have legal expertise regarding issues that drivers face, and are dedicated to providing excellent service for whoever comes to them. We also reach out to drivers regularly with information that can help them, whether it be government grants, updated driver regulations, or issues that matter to all hard-working drivers, like immigration, housing, and family law. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us — we will always find an answer to your problem.

IDG Legal Services is a project of Member Resources, LLC and is not a law firm, we simply connect you with vetted, dedicated and experienced attorneys who have agreed to discount their normal fees to members of the participating nonprofit organization. Any attorney-client relationship formed is between you and the attorney you retain and not between you and Member Resources.
