As part of our outreach to help working drivers, the IDG Legal team includes our trusted Ambassadors – who are experienced drivers themselves. They visit locations throughout New York City to guide, advise, and assist drivers they meet.

IDG Legal Ambassadors use their experience as drivers and their knowledge of the legal services and resources provided by IDG Legal, to give drivers the best experience possible when they need help.

They also often act as representatives for drivers, passing along information to our Member Success Representatives in  a timely manner so we can help solve your problems as quickly as possible.
