Being a rideshare driver means you are at higher risk for a car accident, because you are on the road for so many hours per day. Whether it is damages to your vehicle, or medical injuries that you may have accumulated during the accident, the bills can certainly add up.

If your app was not on during the accident, you may not be eligible to receive compensation from The Black Car Fund. Although, every accident is different, and our preferred lawyers will always look into other ways you may be able to get compensated.

Third Party Injury Compensation

Third party injury compensation can be issued to a driver if:

  • The driver is involved in an accident while not working
  • A third party driver is at fault
  • The driver is feeling pain or suffering injuries in the accident

Third-party liability is a type of insurance policy (usually the minimum) in which the driver at fault’s insurance will cover injuries that have occurred to another person involved in the accident. This compensation is given to cover things like medical bills, ambulance bills, medications, physical therapy, or even emotional damages one may have accrued due to the accident.

If you have recently been injured in a car accident, we can connect you with one of our preferred lawyer who is skilled in rideshare accidents, who will review your case for free, and help you with related claims and compensation promptly.
